Why Co-Mate

Why choose Co-Mate for e-invoicing and software integration?

  • ASP-agnostic

We integrate with whichever UAE Accredited Service Provider, Peppol Access Point or tax-authority API you choose. No lock-in, no commission-driven recommendations.

  • Works with your existing ERP

SAP Business One, Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, ERPNext, Zoho, Tally or a custom system. We add compliance to what you run instead of replacing it.

  • Engineering-led

Field mapping, validation, signing, queues and retries are engineering problems. You work with people who write the code.

  • Fast turnaround

Fixed-scope proposals, short build cycles and sandbox testing early, so you see working invoices quickly instead of slide decks.

  • Direct access to engineers

No account-manager relay. You get a shared channel with the engineer building your integration, during GCC-friendly hours.

How e-invoicing integration works

How does an e-invoice travel from your ERP to the tax authority?

Your ERP keeps doing what it does. Our connector reads each invoice, converts it to the required structured format, validates it and hands it to your ASP, Peppol Access Point or the authority's API. Status, IDs and QR codes flow back into your ERP.

Process

From first call to compliant invoices in six steps

  1. 1

    Readiness assessment

We review your ERP or billing system, invoice types, volumes and the mandate that applies to you. You get a short written readiness report.

  2. 2

    Data & field gap analysis

We map every mandatory field in the target format (PINT AE, ZATCA UBL 2.1, MyInvois and others) against your current data and list exactly what is missing.

  3. 3

    Integration build

We build the connector: data extraction, mapping, validation, signing where required, and the API link to your ASP, Access Point or tax authority.

  4. 4

    Sandbox testing

We run real invoice scenarios (standard, simplified, credit notes, debit notes, exports, zero-rated) in the sandbox until every case passes.

  5. 5

    Go-live

Phased cut-over with a rollback plan, production credentials, user training and a hypercare window with an engineer on call.

  6. 6

    Monitoring & support

Error alerts, rejected-invoice queues, retry logic and ongoing updates when the authority publishes new rules or schema versions.
